Pricing & Subscriptions

• Your data will remain accessible even after canceling a subscription

Limitation of Liability

Recapmory is provided "as is" without warranties. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee:

• Error-free operation in all scenarios

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (if any) in the past 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages, data loss (though we provide backup tools), or losses beyond our reasonable control.

Account & Termination

You Can Stop Using Recapmory Anytime:

• Simply delete the app from your device
• Export your data before deleting (recommended)
• Contact us to delete any cloud-synced data
• No cancellation fees or penalties

We May Suspend or Terminate Access If:

• You violate these terms
• You engage in illegal activities
• You attempt to harm the service or other users
• We're required to do so by law

Before suspension or termination, we'll try to notify you and give you a chance to address any issues, unless doing so would be illegal or harmful.

Changes to These Terms
